Catalyzation
W-416 can be used as a 1k or 2k product. If using as a 2k product, the following catalysts may be used:
W-700 (documentation) (purchase)
W-601 (documentation) (purchase)
If catalyzing with W-700, ratio of catalyst to primer is 2% by weight and pot life is 6 hours(+/-).
If catalyzing with W-601, ratio of catalyst to primer is 2% by weight and pot life is 120 minutes(+/-)

Reduction
W-416 may be reduced as needed with water to a ratio of up to 20%.
Application Tips
Spray in coats of 4-5 mils. Coats may be applied wet-on-wet if within the open window of 4 hours. If longer than 4 hours between coats, a scuff sand will be required for intra-c0at bonding.
