Shipping And Returns Policy

New England Coatings is delighted to have you as a customer. We want your experience with us to be pleasant, including timely deliveries and great customer satisfaction.

With that in mind, we know that stuff still happens. Because of that, we’ve listed our policies related to shipping and returns below for your convenience.

Shipping

Product Shipping

New England Coatings offers shipping though reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, and other LTL shipping providers. Shipping times vary based on location, inclement weather, selected carrier, etc.. We are not in control of, and therefore not responsible for potential delays issued or caused by these carriers.

Shipping Of Returned Products

The customer will be responsible for all setup and costs associated with returns. New England Coatings assumes no liability for loss or damage to products that may occur during the return shipment of products. We reserve the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the product when we receive it.

NOTE: If a water-based product may be subjected to freezing temperatures at any time during shipment, customer MUST ensure that product will not freeze during shipment. Water-based products not safeguarded from freezing will be not be approved for refund. Upon request, we will provide you information on whether your return needs to be safeguarded from freezing, and steps you can take to do so.

Returns And Refunds

Tinted Products

Once a product has been tinted, the sale is final. Refunds and/or exchanges for tinted products will not be issued.

Product Returns

All returns must be approved by New England Coatings prior to shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@necoatings.biz within 10 business days of receiving the product. All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. A refund (minus the re-stocking fee) will be issued to the original form of payment once an approved return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be approved by New England Coatings prior to shipment. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at orders@necoatings.biz within 10 business days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its unused and original condition and packaging. The new product will be shipped once the product is received and inspected. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Damaged And Defective Products

Upon receiving a damaged or defective product, you must contact us immediately at orders@necoatings.biz and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging and product for inspection. Do not send product back to us unless instructed to do so by us.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Tinted Products

Non-tinted products may be canceled and full refund issued prior to order shipment. Once and order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Instead, it will need to be handled as a return as described above.

Tinted Products

Orders for tinted products cannot be canceled once the product has been tinted. If you need to cancel an order of a tinted product, please contact us as soon as possible at (603)715-4704. We are more than happy to cancel the order as long as the product has not already been tinted. Once tined, however, no cancellation/refund will be issued.
